My classes are a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Kundalini, shaped by over four years of dedicated personal practice. Each session weaves together breath and movement to help release tension and stagnation not just in the body, but in the mind and nervous system as well.
I guide you to move with intention, using the breath as an anchor to build strength, awareness and flow. There’s space to be challenged, while remaining compassionate towards yourself. You’re encouraged to honor your own pace, your own body, and your own journey, exactly as you are on the day you arrive.
At the heart of my teaching is the belief that we are far more powerful than we often realise. We are energetic beings, and real change comes when we’re willing to shift old patterns and take accountability for how we show up. Through practice, we begin to reconnect with our inner landscape - building trust, clarity, and a deeper sense of self.
This is a space where you’re free to express your true self, to explore your edges, and to return to yourself without judgment. A space to move, to feel, to grow - and to remember the strength and wisdom that’s already within you.
